   The Physician Empowerment System™: Management Style Diagnosis and Prescription Cycle™
Our four step approach is radically different from most leadership curricula that emphasize what the designer thinks is "best" for the doctor. We recognize the fact that physicians are bright, quick individuals who are the epitome of adult learners. (Adult learners learn what they choose because it is of interest or because it is of use, not because someone else says that it's good for them.)

Structure is provided by our Doctoral level educators who carefully listen to the learner and help him/her develop and evaluate their own curriculum.

Cycle ®


Our Approach. We use 360-degree leadership style diagnostic tools to provide feedback to the physician about his/her leadership style. Data from physician peers, subordinates, hospital and clinic administrators (if appropriate) and other selected groups are compared with the client physician's self-perception.

The Data are reported graphically in an extensive write-up that is tailored to the physician's needs, interests, and profile results.


We interview the physician to find out what leadership experiences he/she has had, and to determine what leadership roles he/she may wish to fulfill. A fundamental aspect of our approach is that we help the doctor prepare to be a better leader in contexts that he/she chooses.

We follow the 4-step cycle to provide a totally individualized curriculum that meets the doctor's needs.
