Curriculum Search Engine
The curriculum Search Engine is based on an extensive proprietary compendium
of leadership development resources. We at Physician Empowerment believe
that there are many excellent Physician Leadership development tools available
and that we do not need to "re-invent the wheel." We serve our
clients by helping them clarify what they want to learn. Then we help them
find it. In many cases other vendors have excellent products and we directly
guide clients to them.
We use this database as part of the Management Style Diagnosis and Proscription
process to develop recommended curricula for our clients. When we meet with
our clients to review their proposed curriculum we have immediate access
to the database if changes are desired.
